This Privacy Policy describes how Boris (hereinafter — "I", "me", or "my"), an independent software architect based in Lithuania, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit the website boris.lt (hereinafter — "the Website").
I process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

Data Retention
Technical data (server logs) is stored for no longer than 12 months.
Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's configured retention period (by default, up to 14 months).
Correspondence is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and no longer than 1 year from the date of your last message, unless a longer period is required by law.
After the retention period expires, personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
Data Sharing
I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
I use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (and Google LLC), which processes data on my behalf as a data processor. Some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area; in such cases the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
I may share data with hosting and infrastructure providers, but only to the extent necessary to operate the Website and under appropriate data processing agreements.
I may disclose your data if required by law or in response to a lawful request by public authorities.
